1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  • The Service is provided solely for the exchange of crypto assets for other crypto assets.
  • We do not handle fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.).
  • We do not require registration, accounts, or any personal identification (KYC).

2. Nature of Service

The Service operates on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You send one cryptocurrency to the provided address, and we send the requested cryptocurrency to the address you specify, minus the Service fee and applicable network fees.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your transactions. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Address Accuracy: If you provide an incorrect destination address, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Network Selection: Sending assets via the wrong blockchain network (e.g., sending USDT via ERC-20 to a BEP-20 address) will result in a total and permanent loss of funds.
  • Legality: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Exchange Rates and Fees

  • The exchange rate is finalized only at the moment your transaction reaches the required number of confirmations on the blockchain.
  • We reserve the right to recalculate the output amount if the market rate fluctuates by more than 1% between the time of your request and the time of confirmation.
  • A network fee (miner/gas fee) is always deducted from the final amount sent to you.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if the Service is unable to complete the exchange due to technical failure on our end.
  • All refunds are subject to the deduction of network fees.
  • If the amount sent is below the minimum threshold (dust limit), the Service reserves the right not to process the exchange or a refund, as network fees may exceed the transaction value.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • We are not a bank, a financial institution, or a custodial service.
  • We do not provide any legal, financial, or technical warranties.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, blockchain network hacks, or user error.
  • Usage of this Service is at your own risk.
